I've got the regular windows taskbar on the left side of my left monitor vertically and then I have a tabbed objectdock on my right (main) monitor at the bottom left of the screen automatically hidden, I use that one when I have this monitor so I can't see the one because I move this one side to side and then down to my table so I can sit and computer so right now it has three different locations it goes to throughout the day and only in one of them do I see my ohter monitor, hench stardock objectdock http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/ fucking, awesome, anyway go ahead and get mad now since that's all you can do it's not your fault you just come from a heritage that hasn't cuaght up in evolution
