Now serving all gyazo images locally, improves loading time and prevents loss if they're deleted. Unfortunately the tinypic images are gone, if anyone has them please send them along and I'll get them integrated

Removed google cache frame

Added a link to the appendix, extra bonus content not included in the original thread

Added rep images locally so the formatting isn't screwed up by 8000 broken images with longass alt tags

Saved and integrated avatars/sigs where possible (in case clay deletes his photobucket)
