No there is a big difference in never leaving home, never having a job in your entire life, sponging off your sick mother and actually caring for someone who is sick. He doesn't actually contribute and never has.
Like I said I worked for 20 years, got two degrees, actually lived independantly, had actual relationships with people and still managed to take care of dying relatives. Huge difference between that and someone who has never worked a day in their life, never stood on their own two feet and who sponges off a sick mother who they do not actually contribute to.
