can I go back to 8 without usb/cd like I upgraded to 10 without usb/cd

linux can be instaleld while windows is running windows can be upgraded while its running but can I downgrade this way too? and does anyone know if the 8 team's still the same people or did they replace them with the shitty new 10 college kids
