I'd tell him that when he's ready to stop feeling sorry for himself, that if he needs support of any kind, I'm willing to help him navigate the RI DHS beauracracy. Once he's in the workforce, I would do my best to help him get a job

I'd do that for anyone here, since I believe being on welfare is disgusting and unnecessary
