i've always been slightly overweight, now i'm not

unfortunately i can't blame it on meds designed to stop me from heearing voices telling me to kill myself

but, as i siad, i'm loosing / havee loost. there's nothing stopping you fromm loosing as well, just like there's nothing stopping you from working at a real job
