to me it means that women are inherently more powerful than men because they can exert control over society with physique and passive seduction. if men want to exert control, at least in a socially acceptable form, they have to undertake laborious, competitive and often risky pursuits -- and succeed. in short, women have it easy unless they are ugly or prudish in which case they must compete with men if they wish to gain influence.
