Manga is a massive company in Japan they have thousands of animators who create the movies. They have a really tight standard to get in and many artists train for many years to get the style right to be able to work there

disney's cartoons set the standard for animation quality, I chose to use hanna barbera for my analogy because they're known for lazy shitty animation though they're not as lazy or shitty as your typical anime
