All the info I've found online talks about how much less power CFL's use compared to incandescent.
However, nothing touches on the fact that the integrated ballasts temporarily draw alot of current to start up the light. So I'm wondering how frequently a CFL can be turned on and off in order to consume as much power as you would if you left the bulb on for X amount of time?
