Well that's a big list and some of them are unfair stereotypes so lets just concentrate on one of them to save time. hamburger lover. Hamburgers are a part of American culture, but maybe less so in iceland. If I am raised in America I am statistically more likely to love hamburgers, whereas if I was raised in iceland I would be just as likely to not even know what a hamburger is.

It makes sense, but there are original hamburger restaurants in Iceland, so everyone knows about it, share culture is acceptable and everyone is right to eat any food from the world doesn't mean it's part of nationalism, it's custom where there knowledge to produce a lot of tacos in Mexico because it's cheaper, not mexican nation.
