    today at the gym as i was walking out this old dude slipped on the treadmill running full speed. he like catapulted backwards onto his side it was retarded. i freaked out and made sure he was ok it was kinda scary.

    oh no omg!!!!! i love old people and i get sad when something happens to them... :( was he ok?? this old azn guy tried to pass em on the track today, i could tell he was probably a msgt or some level of officer, so i moved over, but i passed his ass after he burned out in one lap...
