Freezing price depends on where you go. Urologists (usually performs the vas) don't always work in-house with fertility clinics. But freezing can be expensive. I personally needed bloodwork, a semen analysis, (~$600) there is fee per deposit (approx $300 each time), as well as a yearly storage fee (also approx $300).
Typically, insurance companies will cover the cost of a vasectomy, but they will not cover the freezing. Your doctor may have some leads, but do the legwork and see what you can turn up in your area.
