the truth is he wants us to give him green reps so he signs his green reps with his name and he wants to circlejerk rep a lot so he gives out alot of rep, but he doesnt want anyone else that hes giving rep to to have a higher rep than him so he gives out neg reps too to the same people he gives green reps but doesnt sign those so he wont be held accountable for them
