im growing poppy plants right now in my backyard when the time is right i will sprinkle acteimeitophin on them and they will start producing opium balls which i will further press into vicodin pills

go B.C. style and use a boxcutter to score the poppies and collect the latex, dry that hsit up and crumble it on top of bowls
or you can do what i did and dry the plants out after the flowers fall off, dump the seeds grind the pods and do a CWE, but you'll get less alkaloid yields and use up your poppies real fast

there isn't any plant food that will produce better yields... as long as they are watered/drained properly they will always produce the maximum amount so that bugs die if they bite them
