    idk about that, what im mostly saying is they are okay enough with it that they dont feel like its something they need to really improve or work on. like fat people will be like YEAH IM ONLY DRINKING DIET SODA AND IM ONLY EATING 6 CANDY BARS A DAY but they know it doesnt matter they just want to pretend like they care to other people in hopes that they are a little bit more respectable
