If anyone using the word "we" becomes subject to an existential debate of what "we" is, then we should all be paralyzed trying to conceive of what "I" is; aren't "I" just what others encourage me to be, whether I want to be or not? Aren't I made up at the molecular level of what I eat and have eaten - so aren't I technically mostly cows/chickens and corn/wheat -- or particles left over from an ancient supernova?
We must examine OB's motives to narrow down the existential argument; what could she be after? Progression in existential philosophical thought, or justifying her hate towards one of the sexes?

I don't think you should be mentally paralyzed by thought but I think you should continue to have the thought in order to open the boundaries of the concept of what is between the two and when you can't define the concept anymore that is when you understand the foundation of what was previously a reified idea
and I think you project a lot of your lack of truly being able to define a reified concept mix that with the lack of confidence in you even having a defined sexuality onto OB's self assurance of how she defines herself and the concept.

Well, I am a legal citizen of the United States so I guess using "we" when referring to the population of the United States would be accurate for me to use; and I'm not Chinese so, from a purely grammatical point of view, it would be inaccurate for me to use "we" when talking about the population of China
