Cleve Dean was an amazing armwrestler from the 70's and 80's. This dudes hands were bigger than Shaqs and he strengthened them through years of working on his dad's farm. He might be the biggest arm wrestler EVER and weighed over 600 lbs at one point.

02-11-2012Matthias Schlitte the german "Hellboy" is gifted with a birth defect making his right forearm 3x bigger than normal. He trained arm wrestling for years and is now the German champ. I cant find his stats right now but regardless a majority of his bodyweight is in his right arm definitely giving him mega BFA status...
