i would misdiagnose all my clients with terminal illnesses a couple of weeks before then so they would be good and ready to go hog wild and end this life with a bang also i would probably perform unnecessary tooth extractions and septoplasty surgeries because fuck it you know might as well, I am not licensed for those specifically but practice makes perfect and it isnt like anyone will care when we all die
