The universe will never be able to re-assemble itself back into that perfect 10th dimensional singularity - but then again, it was never really in a perfect 10th dimensional singularity to begin with.
In a sense, the entire process itself IS the 10th dimensional point.
Within this infinite loop of expansion/retraction, all possible formations of all possible universes are contained.

All the particles in the universe are metaphorical "pieces of a puzzle" that are trying to re-assemble themselves back into that original 10th dimensional singularity.
However, this alignment (which takes place during the destruction of the universe) is flawed on some level, causing the universe to expand again and try to re-assemble itself once again.

You would be much more accurate if you were to say that all the matter in the universe originated in a 10th dimensional singularity - however, the application of energy (or change/time, whatever you want to call it) to that 10th dimensional point created a schism within that 10th dimensional point, fracturing it into the many particles of our universe.
This initial "application of energy" to the "10th dimensional point of singularity" is what you are referring to as the "yes/no" of that point.

The conclusions in this video would be true, however, they heavily rely on one assumption - that "time" is its own dimension (a 4th dimension succeeding the Euclidean dimensions of height, width, and length)
However, time is not its own dimension - the notion of time itself as an illusionary principle.
Time is nothing other than the observed effect which we attribute to matter's expenditure of energy.

Immediately before the creation of our universe was the destruction of another universe.
And after the destruction of our universe will be the creation of a subsequent universe.

Existence is stuck in a permanent oscillation between periods of expansion and retraction.
