sometimes it's good to point out pysical flaws in a poster's appearance like if they have the face of a farm animal or a gardening implement and the key to using this information to its fullest is to keep repeating the joke until people either get tired of hearing it and it becomes a "meme" or people find it funny and repeat it themselves and it becomes a "meme" and then some user on the forum throws up their arms in frustration and says "this is what passes for a meme here?" - well they're saying that ironically of course because it's all a joke
