But yes I have been around the block enough to know exactly where he was headed. I tried everything I could to get him to stop. I failed. He used to be smart and I wanted to see him do something productive for himself with that like go to university or something instead of frying his brain on any drugs he could get a hold of. I did make some headway with the heroin and honestly if he hadn't stopped that he would have OD'd by now.... instead he's just gone insane from xanax and meth and self indulgence in his own bullshit.
