I think bill is still himself just high as all fuck on lilith blood and he will probably try to be a leader to the vampires and lead an uprising or something to save his people and in the last episode will realize now hes just fucking over humans and will somehow sacrifice his godhood to make amends since he is a main character and cant die (again (again))
