windows 8.1 still sucks

i'm going to learn DOS just to spite marks;
furthermore i'm going to show 20 people how to crash a server with DOS once i learn how, and tell them to show 20 people, until one day the server at where marks works crashes due to it and it'll be his fault

I can do that with powershell already
