There's a little story written by JRR Tolkien:
When Illuvatar (obviously an analogy for God) created the Valar and the Maiar (analogous of angels), they started to make a sort of cosmological symphony; but Melkor, being the creative Valar, attempted to create his own melody for himself and his own glory, and this created disharmony.
Melkor attempted to out-sing Illuvatar in a way in terms of brilliance, but could not because Illuvatar possessed the flame imperishable, which Melkor could never harness.
Eventually, Melkor and some of the Valar went down to Middle Earth, where Melkor waged war.
In a way it is very much analogous to the Judeo-Christian mythology of the war in heaven.
a cool story imo
