I'm not worried about there being problems with the newest stuff either I mean they've been making these things for like forever now they can't possibly fuck up that bad when it's literally just the same thing as the last one and literally the second I click buy it'll be outdated I already know that that's why I wanna make sure it's the newest out so it'll last at least five seconds before it's too ancient to play battletoads

even the hard drive is just as important as everything else in this game, I can't even slack on the hard drive, because that'll even bring the game to a crawl

SATA 3 is common now and even the budget motherboards should come with at least one port. You could splurge on a SSD but that's probably going to put you over budget

what I listed has me at $3,454.92 (8 Items)

The speed matters more than the size, and if it's too slow it can bottleneck everything. get the fastest RAM your board and cpu can support
