I can run Skyrim on ultra graphics on a phenom x4 with 4gb of ram because I have a $450 video card

yeah I know, but like I said in the above post this isn't skyrim if you still don't believe me please join me in a couple sims and you'll understand what I mean I guarantee you'll get single digit FPS, I'm not trying to become a gamer I'm trying to become a millionaire
