I exercise 24/7 and have lots of fruit/vegetable smoothies it's not helping

exercise is one thing but I'm talking specifically about stretching. not necessarily yoga but at least sitting down with your legs extended and trying to touch your toes for like 10 minutes a day (until you can actually touch them and then you'll get to the point where you can grab your whole foot)

maybe if my back literally wasn't broken that could also be the problem
