well all I know is the monitor I bought is amazing and the screen is fucking beyond bright and crisp and doesn't get hot because it's lcd and it's beautiful but you're gonna wanna overpay for some crappy shit with an hdmi connection even though hdmi and dvi are exactly teh same minus audio and graphics cards don't have audio
