    you also didnt answer my question, but thats okay. the difference between a strep and a staph cellulitis is that a strep cellulitis won't produce pus. this is an actual diagnostic fact that you will need to know if you want to go into medicine, but you'd rather tell me the theoretical damage that tylenol will do or what the fuck ever

    a patient presents himself to a clinic and has been complaining of pain in his left leg. the pain is severe, worse in the morning, and assymetrical. there is redness and swelling in the leg, while the other appears normal. what tests would you order and what is your differential diagnosis from most to least likely

    a patient complains of "an ear infection". there is pain. it is in both ears. there is no sign of pus, but the ear drum in both is red and inflamed. sometimes there is itching in the outside of the ears, with flaking of the skin. do you think they should take antibiotics?
