is Dishonored as good as Skyrim or Fallout 3?

i;m thinking of getting it since it's another Bethesda game, but not if people who've played it think it's crap

especially wondering what marks thinks since i've seen him playing shitloads of skyrim and fallout on steam

I love fallout and elder scrolls but sadly I have not played dishonored and cannot give an opinion
