it's developed specifically for the nexus 4 then ported to the otherones, idk if hte phone you got has it or not but you're not even using 5% of android's potential with just stock android, paranoid android unlocks everything, phones get tablet ui's, tablets get even better, halo))))) opens apps over apps, etc etc etc
