    so yo strat trying to move really really hard and you actually move in real life and you wake up to moving and youre like yea okay and you go back to sleep and the dream repeats and it slike god fuck off please

    Your body is still asleep but your mind is awake. This is kinda common actually a friend of mine had the same thing happen to him a few months ago. Fyi it might be your medication
