    return it, but check the voltage first it might be too little or too much power getting there and it might not be the switch at all

    The original one flashes when the vehicle is in motion and stays on when it's stopped. The new one won't even turn the lights on and my mom took my multimeter away when I got shocked real bad touching the wrong wires together in the basement
