my computer stayed at the bios splash screen again nothing happened when press keyboard reset button worked what gives

it's happened twice now but as soon as I hit reset it starts up in 10 seconds as usual and everything is fine, I don't need this shit, this guessing game, this is why I hate computers, idk if next time's gonna be the time it stays stuck at the bios froeve,r and i'm forced to not give a fuck and lose $3000 because I don't wanna go through the process of returning things
