no it's not, it's top 40 radio friendly tripe. the melvins, the replacements, the buzzcocks, iggy pop, these are "for musicians" because most bands (like tool) name them as influences. I've never heard tool mentioned as an influence by anybody other than kids because they're essentially greenday.
