Just because you want it really bad isn't going to put you any closer to getting it, I mean, they dumped 80 million into researching and developing a device that no one even knows would actually work or not; it's like dumping a billion dollars into researching astrology and alchemy, or trying to find the philosophers stone, it's hokey nonsense, and the particular agency dumping money into this nonsense, the one that was recently in the limelight for its corruption, is once again demonstrating textbook corruption... Reminds me of old Balkan kings back in the middle ages who would dump money from the royal budget into quests to find sacred relics and ancient artifacts... total nonsense.
