yeah you remember that thing had the lhc where they thought a signal had gone faster than the speed of light>? it was a glitch . mass cannot make a photon go faster than the speed of light. even in a black hole it won't go faster. the relative frames may make the speeds seem differnt to an observer but that's BASIC and you didn't even understand that BASIC thing about relativity.

a photon moves as an electromagetic particle/wave. the electric field and the magnetic field accellerate each other and there's a cosomological constant which stops c from going beyond a certain speed. this again is BASIC
