earlier this month he passed away from endometriosis, a rare condition of the rectum. he had mentioned somehing to me about leaving a "thread" on this forum. if you could all please send your love and prayers up towards jake, im sure he is looking down upon all of you. god bless. and thank you for touching him through out his life.
