I just found 3-4 grams of a white powder with chunks in it in a little baggie with dollar bill signs on it on the ground outside a bar that smells like dry erase markers/tylenol/detergent can somebody please tell me what it is before I put it up my nose (gonna do it anyways even if I get zero replies)
