there are two scenarios to this
1. his body was cremated after killing himself
2. he escaped before the red army/allies came
thats your options, neither prove he has one testicle.
option 1 = you cant check burnt ashes for a single testicle
option 2 = if he was caught trying to escape he would be alive and would have been put on display in a circus to humiliate him
