lol how are you at all talking about technological advances in europe during the medieval period. nothing was happening in europe besides the roman empire getting ransacked by tribes of wandering warriors praising odin and other fertility/warrior gods and germanic tribes/celts sacrificing enemies, buring them in wicker pits, and not even recording what they diod in writing.
