at most i said that the entire process of forwarding ports included using the command prompt to check IPs,
but those are the kind of things that you naturally deduce from what someone is saying when youre not trying to find faults in what they say because you dont like them

or just someone who grew up without CLI OSes and didnt spend 10 years learning all the commands
ive done port forwarding with cmd prompt before but using that program is easier and the program is free
