    Be carefull, once you've done an injury it's more likely to get injured again. Have you got physio exercises to do?

    well let me correct myself, if its torn it can heal, but the problem is they can get frayed to the pont twhere they wont heal, and the doctor thinks thats where mine is since this has been happening to me since I was 16 sporadically.
