i am already off crutches some of the time but shpouldnt be. Its making my calf and thigh muscles hurt whic means they are getting stronger, faste,r harder, stronger.

Be carefull, once you've done an injury it's more likely to get injured again. Have you got physio exercises to do?

no i havent even had an MRI yet i have to sceddule it. Exercises wont help a torn meniscus it needs to be surgically repaired or removed

well let me correct myself, if its torn it can heal, but the problem is they can get frayed to the pont twhere they wont heal, and the doctor thinks thats where mine is since this has been happening to me since I was 16 sporadically.
