It is the only truck stop in Portland and probably the most upscale truck stop in the United States. The Iowa 80 is the largest but that is more like a suburban shopping mall whereas Jubitz is urban trendy as far as truck stops go. I doubt you will find lot lizards on the premisses but there should be plenty of tweekers and junkies in that neighborhood.
