Blah blah lawrence of arabia, suez canal, saudi oil, blah blah Jews everywhere moved to Israel after Ww2, some foul language was exchanged between the jews and the palestinians, one thing lead to another, things got out of hand, wars spring up off and on, the US sorta picked sides with israel, then correct me if I'm wrong, but the US then started taking sides in OTHER conflicts in the region, before you know it the US is funding warlords and shit, and eventually everyone is scratching their head wondering why there was fighting in the first place
