find me something that can handle really huge gifs

acutally idk i use fireworks everyday for web shit but big tif files or any large files it sucks with, photoshop is what i have to use when dealing with 500 meg tif's and shit

embedding shit into postscript files (eps, tiffs, whatever) is not an issue, illustrator or imageready or photoshop can do that, i wanted to combine two really huge gif files and then optimize them and i KNOW i used to do that with ulead gif animator 5 now it gives me that error
