white cops are allowed to kill black people, it's not against the law

I signed a petition a couple of months ago for there to be an investigation on some cops in the N.T who tortured and maced a tied up dog for some reason, I'm doing my bit, I sign my name on change.org petitions. I will also be happy to hide black people under my floor boards and in the attic if it comes to that and Jews too, I already am hypervigilant and when I am with my Jewish friend Johnny I will often call out "Quick Johnny! Hide in the oven!" when I sense danger.

Good job. I care way more about the dog murderers than about them shooting black people. I don't get it at all because I know not all cops have dogs, but there are K9 police dogs, so I don't get why it seems like they're so quick to shoot someone's barking dog in the head during a traffic stop.
