lisa, you seem confused - you seem to get confused very easily. this whole weekend was a volunteer thing the place where i work did and it was in concert with a church's good friday service. what i usually do is deal with a ministry of education database, support and admin the IT infrastructure for the NGO i work for, teach a computer class and do intake and referrals and assessments for students as well as community outreach for the education sector at my organization. this includes liaising with with local and provincial and federal agencies, attdending workshops and dealing with universities and colleges and adult learning. I've also been involved in and helped author some studies in adult learning. We do a great deal of charity work like what we did on good friday. the place i work at has a food bank and deals with alot of homeless people as well. i hope that clears up any misunderstandings or miscomprehensions/incomprehension.
also you mentioned something to the affect of reading comprehension doesn't involve making up what you think something means, but actually absorbing the writers actual intent
this is your exact problem, you always leap to conclusions about things and don't absorb the writers actual intent in context with what else has gone on, i've seen you do that many many timesLast edited by m0nde; 04-04-2015 at 03:09 PM.
