as someone who's traveled internationally (unlike anyone else on this forum) the US and AUS (and essentially every country on earth) grant basic visitor visas to essentially anyone and you can stay ina country on vacation for like 90 days. he could probably get that, however because donny uses heroin and has probably committed a felony he will most likely never be able to obtain a passport to get it stamped as part of his criminal record
